Damage policy
• If you receive a damaged jar, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
• In your email, please include photos of the damaged jar and the packaging it came in.
• Once we have received your email, we will review the damage and determine the best course of action. This may include replacing the jar.
• Please note that we can not offer a replacement or refund if the damage was caused by improper handling or storage of the jar after it was received.
