Please allow for your order to be shipped 2-3 days after payment within our shipping time zone
Shipments only go out Mon-Wed to Ensure it arrives on time. So if you order after 9pm on Tuesday, your order will go out the following Monday. Unless we decide to ship on Thursday which is rare.
Our Sea Moss Gels are made with natural ingredients. We never add any chemicals or parabens in any of our products.

Take 2-3 tablespoons per day and store in refrigerator immediately. It will last for 2-3 weeks in refrigerator. You can add Sea Moss gel to your soups, coffee, tea or smoothie.

Sea Moss is fortified with 92 of the 102 minerals that we need to feed our bodies!

🔺️ We ship most of my gels via Fed Ex express. Sometimes we use USPS to ship. However, if the post office takes longer to deliver it, please understand that it is not in our control. If you do experience any issues, feel free to send us a message and we will try to assist you the best way that we can.

If your order comes back to us, due to no one being home or incorrect address, you will be responsible to cover the shipping costs for a replacement. Unfortunately the post office does not cover returned orders and since sea Moss is perishable we take the loss. Hope you understand our policy and make sure that you include the correct address or try to pick up the gel at your local post office if they miss you.

Shipping Policy

• All sea moss gel orders are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to ensure that orders do not sit in a warehouse or shipping facility over the weekend.

• We use insulated packaging and ice packs to keep perishable products
      fresh during transit.
• If your sea moss gel arrives liquidy and hot, please do not worry. You can simply place it in the refrigerator to solidly.

• Due to sea moss gel being perishable, We only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.

• We offer shipping via ups, usps and fed ex priority (2-3 day shipping) Your shipping method will be chosen based on location and order.

• We do not offer international shipping at this time.

• We are not responsible for delays in transit due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed from your postal carrier, please feel free to reach out to them to locate the package. If your package continues to delay, feel free to reach out to us so we can help come up with a solution.

• If you have any special shipping requests or needs, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Damage policy

• If you receive a damaged jar, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

• In your email, please include photos of the damaged jar and the packaging it came in.

• Once we have received your email, we will review the damage and determine the best course of action. This may include replacing the jar.

• Please note that we can not offer a replacement or refund if the damage was caused by improper handling or storage of the jar after it was received.

• If you have any questions about our damage policy, please contact us.

Care Instructions

• If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and your order is not delivered, we are not responsible for replacing the order or issuing a refund. Due to sea moss being a perishable product, it will spoil once returned back to us, resulting in a total loss.

• If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and provide you with the option to have the order reshipped at your expense.

• If you realize you have provided an incorrect shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us immediately to see if there is still time for us to change the address before sending your order out. Once the order is shipped, there is nothing we can do to make any changes to the address.
