- All sea moss gel orders are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to ensure that orders do not sit in a warehouse or shipping facility over the weekend.
- We ship most of my gels via Fed Ex express. Sometimes we use USPS to ship. However, if the post office takes longer to deliver it, please understand that it is not in our control. If you do experience any issues, feel free to send us a message and we will try to assist you the best way that we can.
- We use insulated packaging and ice packs to keep perishable products fresh during transit.
- If your sea moss gel arrives liquidy and hot, please do not worry. You can simply place it in the refrigerator to solidly.
- Due to sea moss gel being perishable, We only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.
- We offer shipping via ups, usps and fed ex priority (2-3 day shipping) Your shipping method will be chosen based on location and order.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- We are not responsible for delays in transit due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
