  • Catering to women's needs, Her Center Soap is designed to support overall vaginal well-being. Its herbal ingredients work to enhance hormonal balance, eliminate unpleasant odors, and provide a gentle, soothing effect. The soap also aims to detoxify, reduce inflammation, and nourish the intimate area, contributing to the maintenance of a healthy feminine pH.
  • PH-BALANCED CLEANSING. A healthy vaginal pH is acidic, somewhere between 3.8 to 4.5. Our Her Center Bar has a healthy pH of 4.5 to 5 so you can feel confident, comfortable, and healthy. Works with your body’s chemistry to prevent bad bacteria and irritation.
  • PLEASE DO NOT INSERT. We recommend that you only use this soap to clean the external area of the vagina. If you experience any irritation, please stop using it. This soap can also be used to clean your body. 

 

Shipping Policy

• All sea moss gel orders are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to ensure that orders do not sit in a warehouse or shipping facility over the weekend.

• We use insulated packaging and ice packs to keep perishable products
      fresh during transit.
• If your sea moss gel arrives liquidy and hot, please do not worry. You can simply place it in the refrigerator to solidly.



• Due to sea moss gel being perishable, We only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.

• We offer shipping via ups, usps and fed ex priority (2-3 day shipping) Your shipping method will be chosen based on location and order.

• We do not offer international shipping at this time.

• We are not responsible for delays in transit due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed from your postal carrier, please feel free to reach out to them to locate the package. If your package continues to delay, feel free to reach out to us so we can help come up with a solution.

• If you have any special shipping requests or needs, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Damage policy

• If you receive a damaged jar, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

• In your email, please include photos of the damaged jar and the packaging it came in.

• Once we have received your email, we will review the damage and determine the best course of action. This may include replacing the jar.

• Please note that we can not offer a replacement or refund if the damage was caused by improper handling or storage of the jar after it was received.

• If you have any questions about our damage policy, please contact us.

Care Instructions

• If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and your order is not delivered, we are not responsible for replacing the order or issuing a refund. Due to sea moss being a perishable product, it will spoil once returned back to us, resulting in a total loss.

• If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and provide you with the option to have the order reshipped at your expense.

• If you realize you have provided an incorrect shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us immediately to see if there is still time for us to change the address before sending your order out. Once the order is shipped, there is nothing we can do to make any changes to the address.
